A

Clinical clearance:
NSAID

Neurological deficit
Spinal tenderness in the midline
Altered consciousness
Intoxication
Distracting injury

Radiological:
If patient doesn’t meet criteria for clinical clearance.
X Ray or CT spine if not conclusive
