Compress head + E, R, SB = Jacksons compression
Sprain / strain
Facet irritation
Radiculopathy - Nerve root pressure increase - disc
P+ = radicular pain
NOT local pain
CPS & TSP Distraction
CSP - hand under chin
TSP - crossed arms, holding elbows pull back and up

pain decreased = root nerve positive
pain increased = muscle/lig strain/sprain, disc herniation
TSP & LSP Slump
Slum down, 1 leg raised, dori flex foot and E big toe

Sciatic nerve
+=reproduction of pain, shooting
TSP & LSP KempS
standing = slide hand down opposite posterior leg
sitting = compress on shoulder and then E and R back

Patient prone, F knee, then E hip and F knee
*prone, heels to bum

+= pain - with the hip E = femoral nerve impingement

raise leg 30/60 degrees, dorsi f and E big toe
