A

Grade 0 - normal

Grade 1 - mostly echogenic with a diffuse decrease in echogenicity

Grade 2 - half echoic, half anechoic, some collagen fibre production

Grade 3 - mostly anechoic, partial disruption of collagen fibres

Grade 4 - completely anechoic, haemorrhage and fluid
