A

Start of the organisation influence this. It is the beliefs, values and desired behaviours taken throughout years. People adopt the behaviours of the previous which is why it is difficult to get rid of negative behaviours

A

Is a pyramid, bottom of the pyramid is deeper into the organisation
Top - artifacts - visible element that can be seen
Middle - values - reason why artifacts are present
Bottom - underlying assumptions - what values are based on
