Prokaryotes are bacteria.
They do NOT have a membrane bound nucleus and there DNA is free in the cytoplasam.

Have the squickle DNA that is coiled up and contains all the genes needed for that bacterium

A
Animals,plants and fungi are eukaryotes.
They HAVE a membrane bound nucleus and their chromosomes are linear rather than circular.
