Integumentary System
Protects the body from external damage, regulates body temperature, and prevents water loss including the skin, hair, nails, etc.
Skeletal System
Provides support, protection for internal organs, enables movement, stores minerals, and produces blood cells includes, bones and cartilages.
Muscular System
enables movement by contracting and relaxing muscles, working in conjunction with the skeletal system.
Nervous System
controls and coordinates body functions, including sensory perception, thought, and movement. It consists of the brain, spinal cord, and nerves.
Endocrine System
regulates bodily functions through hormones, produced by various glands, such as ovaries.
Cardiovascular System
This system, also known as the circulatory system, pumps blood throughout the body, delivering oxygen and nutrients and removing waste products.
Lymphatic System
The lymphatic system plays a crucial role in the immune system, filtering fluids and transporting immune cells.
Respiratory System
The respiratory system performs gas exchange, taking in oxygen and releasing carbon dioxide.
Digestive System
breaks down food, absorbs nutrients, and eliminates waste.
Urinary System
The urinary system filters waste products from the blood and eliminates them as urine.
Reproductive System
The reproductive system enables the production of offspring, with distinct systems for males and females.
