Warning order

Warning order
The warning order is the heads up given to the unit before issuing the operation order. Is given early, at all levels, which allows every member of the unit the maximum amount of time to prepare for the mission. Warning order is follow the same five paragraph format (SMEAC), and provide whatever information is available. This allows subordinate leaders to begin their troop leading steps while detailed planning continues. NORMALLY, THE WARNING ORDER CONTAINS THE SITUATION AND MISSION PARAGRAPHS FROM HIRES OPERATION ORDER, AND ANY GENERAL AND SPECIFIC INSTRUCTIONS TO BE CARRIED OUT AS NECESSARY.
Warning order: Cpl.’s responsibility
This is when subordinate leaders prepare the Marines, weapons, and equipment in accordance with the warning instruction and timeline. He published timelines (hard times) and the small unit leader needs to ensure that all times are met. Additionally, the small unit leader needs to think about when the Marines will eat, conduct maintenance on weapons and equipment, and gather anything they need for the mission.
Operations order
Also known as the five paragraph order, conveys a mission and a plan to accomplish the units assigned mission. The order consists of the orientation plus 5 additional paragraphs. Like all others, the operations order is derived from SMEAC
Operations order: platoon order
The platoon Cmdr. receives his orders and mission description from higher authority and uses that information to develop the platoon order.
Operations order: squad order
The squad leader must generate his operation order primarily from The information provided by the platoon commanders order. Most of the information from the platoon commanders order goes directly into the squad leaders order.
Combat operations: squad order
The information provided by the platoon Cmdr. helps the squad leader generate his operation order. Most of the information from the platoon Cmdr. order goes directly into the squad leader order.
Operations order: information transfer
Some items transfer directly, other elements need to be modified to make them relevant to a particular squad.
Operations order: squad orders (Paragraph 1, 2, and 3)
Some information from the platoon order is directly applicable to the squad leader will cross directly from one order it to the other (for example, orientation and situation). Other information, such as mission, crosses to the higher section of the squad leaders order.
Operations order: squad order. (Paragraph 4 and 5)
Administrative and logistics information from paragraph 4 should be mirrored directly to the squad leaders order. Significant information from paragraph 5, location on the platoon Cmdr., becomes location of LBS (leaders) when included in the squad leaders order.

Fragmentary order
Often called (FragO) is in order abbreviated form of an operations order. During a tactical operations, it may be necessary for a unit commander to issue subsequent orders as the operation progresses along with the enemy situation. Some information given in the original order may become SOP for that operation, and it is unnecessary to repeat it. Therefore the commander will issue a FragO- A modified version of the five-paragraph order.
