Medial palpebral ligament.
What is the insertion of orbicularis oculi — palpebral head?
Lateral palpebral raphe.

The 7th cranial nerve.
What is the origin of orbicularis oculi — orbital part?
Nasal part of frontal bone, medial palpebral ligament, frontal process of maxilla.
What is the insertion of orbicularis oculis — orbital part?
It creates an uninterrupted cylinder over the orbita.
What is the origin of corrugator supercilli?
Medial end of superciliary arch.
What is the insertion of corrugator supercilli?
Medial part of eyebrow skin.
What is the function of corrugator supercilli?
Brings eyebrows medially and downward.
What is the function of orbicularis oculi?
Closes eyes, the palpebral one gently, the orbital one forcefully.
