2/3 lb peel n’ eat shrimp, steamed in beer, tossed in a Cajun or Garlic or BOTH seasoning mix with a
SMOKEY BUTTER.
Garnish: Lemon wedge +upsell to 1-1/3lb

Shrimp tossed in a garlic Cajun butter sauce served over garlic bread
Garnish: Chopped parsley, lemon wedge
• Steamed Mussels & Clams- Appetizer 8 oz steamed mussels 8oz little neck clams

1 pound of Opillio Snow Crab clusters steamed in white wine, gremolata butter, garlic, basil, parsley & spices
Sides: Jasmine rice (5oz), coleslaw, and garlic bread
Garnish: Green onions, drawn butter, lobster cracker, cocktail fork, pasta spin and a lobster bib.
