Reasonable force to TAKE the CYP. DELIVER home (with consent). OR
PLACE into OT care.
SECTION 42 (OT Act)

You may enter a place if it is critically necessary to protect a CYP from injury or death.
Section 39 (OT Act)
“When we’ve got time”
It is not critically necessary to uplift a child. A warrant must be obtained.
