What is the definition of MENTAL DISORDER
MH ACT 1992
Poses a serious danger to the health or safety to that person or others
Diminished capacity of that person to take care of him/herself

WHAT IS A COMPULSORY TREATMENT PATIENT
A patient that is AWOL or fails to comply with an order maybe apprehended and returned to hospital within 3 months of going missing
If they are gone for over 3 months, a new application for assessment must be done.
