MOA: NEOSTIGMINE and EDROPHONIUM and PYRIDOSTIGMINE

A

Irreversibly binds to inhibits AChE = inc Ach in synaptic clef
Inhibits hydrolysis of Ach – inhibits breakdown = inc Ach at NMJ
Allows Ach to reoccupy site
