Common: optic neuritis, INO, nystagmus

Uncommon: skew, ocular motor nerve palsies, hemianopia

Rare: intermediate Uveitis, retinal peri phlebitis

  • vertical gaze intact
  • abnormal okn (fast phase absent)
  • maintained tonic deviation
