Uncommon: skew, ocular motor nerve palsies, hemianopia
Rare: intermediate Uveitis, retinal peri phlebitis

- toxic: decreased amplitude
- demyelination: increased latency

What are the features of congenital ocular motor apraxia
A
- loss of voluntary horizontal gaze
- vertical gaze intact
- abnormal okn (fast phase absent)
- maintained tonic deviation
