Hypertensive retinopathy stages
Stage 1 - silver wiring
Stage 2 - AV nipping
Stage 3 - CW spots/blot haemorrhages
Stage 4 - pappiloedema
Acute angle closure glaumcoma RF/triggers
Hypermetropia
Pupillary dilatation

Post vitreous detatchment vs Retinal detatchment vs vitreous haemorrhage
Post - VD:
- Moist common causes of flashes + floaters
RD:
- Dense shadow = periph –> central
- “weil/curtain over vision”
- Central LOV
Vitreous haemorrhage:
- Sudden visual loss
- cant see retina
- loss of light reflex
- dark spots/floaters.
Thyroid eye disease - urgent opthal review
unexplained deterioration in vision noticed change in colour vision hx of eye popping out corneal opacity cornea exposed wher eye closed disc swelling
