Liver/kidney disease, respiratory issues.
Don’t mix with other CNS depressants.
Can 👇🏻 blood pressure and respirations.
Monitor: VS, urinary output, bowel sounds, constipation.
Safety issues: euphoria, dizziness.

Muscle Relaxants
A
Traumatic injuries, spasticity, lesions on brain/ spinal cord.
May take a week to get an effect. 🕓
CNS side effects, postural hypotension, anticholinergics.
Teach about safety.
