Pentazocine is a cd3 and has agonist and antagonist properties

Both can increase risk of serotonin. Syndrome when given with SSRIs snris triptans methadone linezolid (non selective MAOI which can cause optic neuropathy if used longer than 28 days and blood disorders if used longer than 14 days)
Tapendatol inhibits noradrenaline reputable
Tramadol enhances serotonin and adrenegenic pathways as well as having opioid efffevts
Pain in sickle cell crisis
Paracetamol nsaid or codiene
Avoid pethidine risk of accumulation in renal impairment it can lead to accumulation of a neurotoxin metabolite which can precipitate seizures
Pethidine is cd2 and only has one strength
