Bradypnoea
Altered mental status
Dramatic response to naloxone
Fresh needle marks
Drug paraphernalia nearby
Decreased gastrointestinal motility
Old track marks on arms and legs
Identify appropriate investigations for opiate overdose and interpret the results.
