What is the function of the Operations Commander?
A
To co-ordinate the operational sectors and to exercise the Incident Commander’s authority.
The Operations Commander should be purely focused on duties such as supporting the Sector Commanders in the deployment of operational tactics and maintenance of safe working practice

A
