16
Q

APU Starts (2 concerns)

A
  1. Wait 2 minutes for the bleed air
  2. After 3 start attempts, give it a 15 minute cooling period
17
Q

Fuel Tank Capacities

A

L/R mains: 8,630 lbs
Center: 28,803 lbs
Total: 46,063 lbs

18
Q

Fuel loading concern regarding center tank?

A

If the center tank has more than 1,000 lbs, the main tanks must be full.

19
Q

Fuel Temp limits

A

Max fuel temp: 49c
Min tank fuel temp limit: -43c or 3c above (-40) fuel freezing point temp whichever is higher.

Example: the freezing point of JP-8 is -47c. So if the tank fuel was -44c it still wouldn’t be warm enough.

20
Q

Max lateral fuel imbalance

A

Scheduled: Zero (how??)
Random: must not exceed 1,000 lbs

21
Q

Electrical

A/C Power System description

A

2-engine driven IDGs (3 phase, 115v, 400 cycle/hertz)

22
Q

A/C Electrical Load Shedding order (overload)

A
  1. Galleys & main bus on transfer bus 2
  2. Galleys & main bus on transfer bus 1
  3. IFE
23
Q

D/C Electrical Standby System Description

A

22-30v DC battery able to last up to 30 minutes (60 minutes for dual batteries)
