What is operant conditioning?
A
Learning through consequence
A behabiour that is REINFORCED will be strengthened
A behaiviour that is PUNISHED will be weakened
Positive - something is added
Negative - something is removed

Inappropriate reinforcement
A
In terms of the ethical considerations/welfare concerns associated with its use and how its used can lead to abnormal behaviours (also positive reinforcement)
