A
- As the signers and dancers leave their vehicles they let their feelings of optimism pour out, by the end they are back in their cars going now where.
- This could be seen as symbolic of the characters but also, frustrated at the lack of movement towards their goal at becoming stars. - The unrealist nature of singing and dancing in a traffic jam shows that this wouldn’t happen in real life. This establishes the typical Hollywood escapism who know this genre would expect.
