Open the Door Flashcards
What stops us in achieving our goals?
In the most of the cases we are our biggest enemy. If we think we cannot achieve something then we will for certain fail there. If we think for example we are not good ad math, then we really will not be good in that topic/area.
What are the benefits of becoming better in some topic/area?
The better we get in some area or topic, the easier our future progress will be. Getting better at something, will make our work in that are more pleasant and we will want to work more.
What will bring me success in one area?
As I become better in one area, and more successful there, more time will I spent on that topic/area.
How long can I learn?
As there is no maximum time defined per learning session by the science, it is important to rest enough, and to practice enough. By doing so, I will let my brain switch between Focus and Diffuse mode.
Should I extent my learning sessions if there is not enough time?
Absolutely not! Even if my progress looks to be slower, I should get enough rest. In the long run by having enough rest and learning deeply, will help me gain much more knowledge for far longer. (It is proved by Science)
