More aggressive

Infratentorial tumors
2-6 years
1-Benign astrocytoma ( cerebellum)
2-Malignant astrocytoma (diffuse), Glioblastoma multiforme.
3-Medulloblastoma ( posterior fossa) ; hydrocephalus .
4-Brain-Stem tumors + ICP
5-Ependymal Tumors ( posterior fossa ) .
Supratentorial Tumors
0-1 years. >10 years
1-Craniopharyngioma ( suprasellar region ) .
2-Optic nerve glioma : with neurofibromatosis
-Unilateral visual loss
-Proptosis, eye deviation, nystagmus , strabismus.
Neuroblastoma
1-2 Years 2-Abdomen - adrenal -Retraperitoneal sympathetic ganglia 3-Calcification and hemorrhage

1-HVA
2-VMA
3-Neuroblast in bone marrow
Osteosarcoma
1-Second decade
2-Sunburst on metaphysis
3-Joint injury not responding to treatment
