Unmuddled Old Fashioned (Dbl OF)

6 dashes angostura bitters
Make bitter sugar slurry with bar spoon
Add lemon to slurry rub the peel
Face down in slurry to extract oils
2oz Bourbon or Rye
4-5 ice cubes roll spoon through ice to coat with drink 2-3 times only

In a mixing glass, carefully muddle
1 luxardo cherry
1 slice of orange
.25oz Demerara
3 dashes angostura
Then add
2 oz Bourbon or Rye
Fill mixing glass with 5-6 cubes of ice
Cover with large tin and roll over and back three times
Pour into Dbl OF

.5oz Demerara
.5oz lemon
Ice shake
Add egg white and dry shake
Fine mesh strain
3 drops of angostura garnish
