Q

What is resistance?

A

The resistance of a component is a way of measuring how hard it is for electricity to flow through it. Unit= ohms

Q

What does the resistance of the whole circuit depend on?

A

The resistance of the different components in the circuit. The higher the total resistance, the smaller the current.

Q

How can the resistance be changed?

A

By putting different resistors into the circuits, or by using a variable resistor. The resistance of a variable resistor can be changed using a slider or knob.
