Office of the University Registrar Flashcards
is a potent part of the University’s scholastic services. It extends academic services to students, faculty and administration. As the steward of academic records and other related documents, its core commitment is to uphold the integrity of student’s record and availability as well as security of academic documents and information. Moreover, this office is directly responsible for the enrollment of students every semester and special term. It is also in-charge of the evaluation of subjects and credits and certification of students’ eligibility for graduation.
Office of the Registrar
is considered officially enrolled after s/he made full or initial payment as determined by the Accounting Office.
Enrollment Policy
a student who accumulates 24 academic units of failurs at the end of the semester of any school year is considered ineligible to enroll in the succeeding semester. However, if there are only 30 units left before graduation, the students will still be allowed to enroll provided a de-loading of 3 units is made to ensure better academic performance.

Student with excellent grades in all academic subjects
- no grade lower than 2.50 in any academic subject
- must have passed NSTP and SEP subject
- must not have been sanction of suspension
Students who get a GPA of 3.50 and above qualify for First Honors and those with GPA of 3.00 - 3.49 qualify for Second Honors.
Honors List
Student who have maintained the required academic standards may be recommended for graduating with honors.
- Must not have a grade below 2.50 or its equivalent in all academic subjects.
- Must have earned 75% of total credits in the DLSU-D
- must not have been sanction of suspension.
Graduating with Honors
is the office responsible for providing financial information, recording of financial transactions, supervision and monitoring of revenue, as well as expenditures of the De La Salle University-Dasmariñas. The Finance Office is also tasked with managing the University’s cash flow to ensure there are enough funds available to meet the day-to-day operations.
Finance Office and Accounting Office
is responsible for the recruitment, screening, selection and admission of senior high school, college and graduate school applicants interested in pursuing Lasallian education.
