Enabling the feature gives a user the ability to reply to an email on behalf of another user.

What is “Cached Exchange Mode”?
Allows offline access to a mailbox through the mailbox being saved to an Offline Outlook data file (.OST). Changes will sync to the server once the connection is re-established

Open: Users can join/leave any time

What is a “Room Mailbox”?
A mailbox assigned to a physical location. Users have the ability to reserve the room.
Can a room mailbox be set as a meeting organizer? Why or why not?
No, it should only be set in “attendees” or “locations”. Certain settings are only accessible by the meeting organizer. If the room is set as the organizer, those settings won’t be able to be accessed. The room may also override invite settings and invite or reject invites on accident.
What is an “Equipment Mailbox”?
A mailbox assigned to a resource, used to reserve equipment(PC, Company Car)

Direct access to that user’s calendar and full mailbox

Add the mailbox needed to be accessed to your Outlook, go to that mailbox’s calendar’s properties, and add the user in the permissions tab
