Raw tuna- can be seared, orange ginger slaw, unagi sweet and salty eel sauce and yum yum sauce, 4 crispy flour tortillas, toasted sesame seeds, scallion garnish
Pork Belly $16
Seared Maple bourbon braised pork belly, salsa crudo, topped with maple bourbon glaze
Crab cake $18
Jumbo lump crab meat, red pepper, parsley, panko, ritz crackers, green onion, eggs, mayo, whole grain mustard
Garnish: peppadew salsa crudo, remoulade
Lamb lollipop $17
3 lamb lollipops, red wine reduction, balsamic reduction, shallot aioli

Crispy fried shrimp, tossed in yum yum sauce, drizzle of siracha and unagi eel sauce

Shrimp and Crawfish Fritters
Monterey Jack and cheddar cheese, crawfish and shrimp, rolled into hush puppy size balls and deep fried. Served over corn and fire roasted poblano pepper salsa
Garnish: remoulade and scallions
