An offer is an expression of willingness to be legally bound to another by stated terms: Willmott, Christensen et al.

Do we need to identify an offer and acceptance in order for there to be a contract?
A
A concluded bargain can be considered reached even if it is difficult or impossible to isolate an ‘offer’ and ‘acceptance’: Clarke v Earl of Dunraven.
