Perjury
Willful and corrupt taking of a false oath in regard to a material matter in a judicial proceeding
If W makes 2 contradictory statements and admits one was false, cannot be convicted
Subornation of Perjury
Procuring or inducing another to commit perjury
Bribery
Corrupt payment or receipt of anything of value in return for official action; has been extended to ppl who are not officials (athletes, etc.)
Mutual criminal intent unnecesary
Compounding a Crime
Entering into an agreement for valuable consideration to not prosecute another for a felony or to conceal the commission of a felony or whereabouts of a felon (under modern, applies to any crime, not just felonies)
Misprision of a Felony
Failure by someone other than a principal or accessory before the fact to disclose or report knowledge of the commission of a felony; generally not recognized today (no duty to report a crime)
