A

oesophogectomy - removal of cancerous tissue from oesophagus

ChemoRAD - EBRT =
middle + lower 1/3) 5 field conformal, two post oblique, two ant oblique and one ant. wing board , knee rest
upper 1/3) 2 or 3 field conformal 2 ant oblique 30 degree wedged with one ant - thermoplastic shell to immobilise head and neck
chemo = 4 cycles of cisplatin and capecitabine

neoadjuatnt chemo = weekly placitaxel and carboplatin for 5 cycles concomitant with RT 45Gy in25#

A

removal of cancers part of oesophagus and stomach/part of bowel is moved to replace part removed- for all stages as long as tumour resectable
