(>18/40)- NG tube passed to
confirm / drain saliva after birth

If undiagnosed antenatally, how would it present?
A
respiratory distress, cyanosis,
pneumonia,
frothy white bubbles in mouth, coughing

Management
A
surgery within
12-24hrs., sometimes staged.
