Summary 23

A

Penelope slept through the entire battle and when the nurse went to wake her up she did not believe that her husband has returned but when she saw him she was discouraged as she thought the gods were playing a trick on her. So she mentioned how their bed was constructed out of a olive tree and E movable but only Odysseus would know to prove it was him.

The next day, he leaves with Telemachus for Laertes’ orchard. He gives Penelope instructions not to leave her room or receive any visitors.as Athena protects them with cloak
