- Compound: Multiple tooth-like structures
- Complex: Does not resemble a tooth. Big mass
What is the spectrum of odontomas?
Ameloblastic Fibroma–>Ameloblastic fibro-odontoma–>Odontoma.
What is a cementoblasoma? Radiographic? Characteristics? Treatment?
Benign lesion of cementoblasts.
- Radiopaque mass, surrounded by radiolucent line then radiopaque line. Fused to tooth root and causes partial root resorption.
- Pain and swelling sometimes.
- Treatment: Remove lesion and tooth.
