- Break-ins

- Steals nontrivial items without confronting victim/break-ins
Serious Violation of Rules
- Stays out late despite caregiver prohibitions, age ≤ 13 years
- Ran away at least twice from home; or once without returning for lengthy period
- Truancy, age ≤ 13 years
