>was it possible to close eyelids before blow

• >if lid was closed there will be bruising and swelling of lid*
• >possible to examine eye under general anaesthesia with speculum*
• >care not to apply pressure on globe incase of perforation*

• complications - infection, presence of foreign body
• mx - tetanus prophylaxis, abs systemic and local, clean wound, surgery suture perforation and remove foreign body if present
