What is Rough Endoplasmic Reticulum (RER)?
A
RER is found in eukaryotic cells and has a rough like appearance under the microscope. It has ribosomes bound to its surface so it can synthesise proteins.

What Smooth Endoplasmic Reticulum (SER)?
A
SER is found eukaryotic cells, unlike the RER it doesnt have ribosomes bound to its surface which is why it looks smooth. It synthesises lipids.

A
The cytoskeleton of a cell is what the organelles of the cell travel along.
