What are the approved transfer of control points for aircraft outbound from the AA TMA and entering OCR’s area of responsibility?
- 35NM for north sector, or
- lateral boundary between OCR & ATM or acceptance of radar handover, whichever is earlier
To what level may AA TMA descend overflying northbound aircraft bound NZWR, without verbal coordination? Is this procedure subject to ELR?

Describe the procedures where an aircraft departs the Northland FIS bound for Great Barrier Island and will remain OUTSIDE controlled airspace.
FIO shall:
- bring FPL to coordinate state
- provide IFR traffic info prior to departure
- activate FPL on departure and delete upon arrival
