Populations v. Individuals
●Traditionally, OT targeted at individuals, or possibly groups of individuals
●OTPF 2nd and 3rd Edition increases role of OT for organizations and populations
●OT targeted at populations focuses on that group AS A WHOLE, rather than a group of individuals
●Population may be based on location or shared characteristics, usually part of larger community
●Often larger program development, not intervention planning
