What is Rogers decision?
In November 1983, the Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court issued a decision that is called the ‘Rogers Decision’. This gave persons who take antipsychotic medications new rights. These rights help protect them from the overuse of these medications and are limited to a required maximum daily dose that a HCP can order.
