A

Intermittent closure/collapse of pharyngeal airway causing apnoeic episodes during sleep, which are terminated by partial arousal

15+ episodes of apnoea during 1h shows significant sleep apnoea

Lose weight
Avoid tobacco + alcohol
Mandibular advancement device
CPAP via nasal mask for moderate to severe
