A

New-onset hypertension after 20 weeks gestation with features of end-organ involvement.

  • Headache
  • Visual disturbance (flashing lights)
  • Upper abdominal pain
  • Vomiting
  • Swelling of hands, feet or face
  • Significant proteinuria
  • BP >140/90

  • CKD
  • Diabetes
  • Autoimmune disease
  • Chronic hypertension
  • Hypertension during a previous pregnancy

  • Aspirin
