Position patient in the left lateral
Secure airway
Give O2

In eclampsia?
1) mg sulphate
2) labetalol
What is the definitive treatment of eclampsia?
Delivery of placenta
What other conditions are associated with eclampsia?
Haemolysis HELLP DIC Renal failure ARDS
What is the chance of preeclampsia recurring in the next pregnancy?
15-25 %
But up to 50 if it was severe enough to deliver baby under 28 weeks
