  • if +ve further check LFT & HBV DNA to consider antiviral therapy
  1. HBV DNA ↑ Antiviral therapy (Tenofovir) to mother [start from 28~30w]
  2. HBIg IM single dose to neonates within 12h of birth
  3. HBV vaccination to neonates
