if a person, through action of another/any other means, without just/legal ground, acquires or comes into possession of a thing, at the expense/prejudice of another (who was not negligent), the former shall return the same.
If a person, even without negligence, causes damage to property of another, and is benefitted, the former shall indemnify the latter to avoid unjust enrichment.
