It very important to have the courage to voice your thoughts to other people that way when a bad situation arrives everyone will be able to help you identify the issues and work as a team to find a better solution.

We must be able to help resolve issues that may arise specially when dealing with people with difficult personalities. Also, we must able to discuss issues with the other party in a calm and rational manner.

A

Language creates a barrier that will prevent us from understanding another person. We should always remember not to use profanity or vulgarity when interacting with the patients and your coworkers. It good to have a sense of humor but when interacting with other people we should not recklessly use it instead know when is the appropriate time to use it. All in all we must always display and interact in a professional manner.

A

Policies are there for a reason. They are in place for patient safety and ensure that no harm is done on the patient’s life or well-being. Also, policies are there to protect to only the patients but the employees as well.
