Not Having Any Problems

Oh, I understand you aren’t having any problems now. As you know trying to find a roofer after a major storm can be stressful. Most people take advantage of the inspection and estimate to be proactive. That way, when the storm comes in the future, you still have the locked in quote and all of your questions answered.

Can’t afford

A

I know there are more fun things to do with your time than getting information on something you cant afford. But I know most of the neighbors are taking advantage of the estimate to have a realistic idea of how to budget for down the road. And it doesn’t hurt to have a more affordable option at your disposal if you ever wanted to put it to use.

Already had it inspected (insurance)

A

Oh, it was a roofer looking to help you with an insurance claim?
Ok, well this is completely different. They usually send a teenager up on the roof to look for ways to get a claim approved and if they don’t find one, they tell you your roof has 5 years left. When we come out, we do 4 quick things (insert 4 things), the inspection is really valuable for your situation, we will look in the attic and be able to tell you exactly what is going on with the roof. It’s like a doctor looking at an x-ray.

Not ready / don’t waste your time

Mr Jones let me put your mind at ease - some people don’t buy anything when we visit the first time - some do- some buy later
- some buy from someone else - so - you wont be wasting our time - in fact - the only way we will ever earn your business is if you give us the opportunity to make a good impression and leave you with some ideas about how to best improve your home. You can lock in our best price for the next year.

Contractor

A

Funny thing is we actually do a lot of work for contractors! My Uncle is a contractor and he is usually so busy he can never get around to it. Plus, working with family can be tough. We actually have exclusive products, meaning its not something you can find at Home Depot or Lowe’s.

Moving

That’s wonderful! We actually have a transferable warranty on all of our roofs, so that can be a useful tool when you decide to sell the house. And if you stay, at least you have some information about the roof for the future.

Already had you guys out

A

Awesome, how did everything go? We actually hit our quarterly goal with our supplier and got approved for a certain amount of rebates from the manufacturer. We are extending that opportunity to homeowners we have already given quotes to, to help out with the total cost of the project. I have an expert in the area the next couple days, Ill have someone swing by and update your pricing.
