How much will the roof cost?
Unfortunately I don’t really deal with the pricing. We’re not the cheapest, we’re not nearly the most expensive, but we pride ourselves on having the best value in the industry.
Do you need to come inside?
Most of the inspection is done outside. They will need to come inside to inspect the attic and go over all the details of the estimate with you.
How long does it take?
Well the estimate is really easy, they will do 4 quick things: tell you a brief bit about the company, measure and inspect the roof, show you our roofing system / answer any questions you have, and leave you with the quote. It really depends on how many questions you have.
How long have you been in business?
We started in 2020 and have quickly grown to become the largest roofing company in all of North Houston.
Why does my spouse need to be here?
If we were ONLY doing an inspection it would be fine to just have one home owner…. But the amount of the estimate really depends on which styles and options you choose. So it’s company policy to have both homeowners present… just one time… so we can be as efficient as possible and make sure the number we leave behind is accurate.
