Toward the end of the follicular phase (just before ovulation), which is caused by rising levels of estrogen
During what point in the menstrual cycle is there increased breast fullness and tenderness? What causes it?
- During the luteal phase
- Caused by the rising levels of progesterone
Will vaginal mucosa be dryer in follicular or luteal phase? Why?
Luteal phase - because vaginal mucosa responds to estrogen, which is lower in the luteal phase
