S/S of Interstitial Cystitis (painful bladder synd)

A
    • pain in pelvis btwn vagina and anus (women) or scrotum and anus (men)
    • chronic pelvic pain
    • persistent, urgent need to urinate
    • frequency but small amounts throughout day and night (up to 60 times in a day!!)
    • pain/discomfort while bladder fills and relief after urinating
    • pain during sex
  • *more common in women
